They say the Squeaky wheel gets the tiny piece of chicken, and when you look into Squeaky’s eyes, you’ll know why he gets plenty of chicken. This friendly chi is so deserving of some much needed love and treats.
Here’s some notes from his foster:
We have had Squeaky (or Mister Squeaks as we like to call him) for about 4 days now and he is settling in great and gaining confidence everyday. The first night he was a bit nervous and couldn’t get settled and was falling asleep sitting up. I was able to get him in a comfy crate where I imagine he felt better as he immediately fell asleep and had to be woken up the next morning!
Squeaky loves food and treats and has a great appetite. He appears to be on a schedule now and we haven’t had accidents in the house aside from the first evening we brought him home. He is a curious pup and likes to explore and hang around humans or snuggle up on the couch or bed.
He does not seem interested in toys at all but does like my resident dogs bones (which I have to take away from him cuz poor baby doesn’t have many teeth left). He enjoys going on walks and can handle stairs. He loves scratches around his ears and is a mellow sweetheart overall.
Unlike his name, we haven’t heard him make any sounds aside from some adorable snores when he’s snoozing!
