If you’re looking for a mutt who makes a Splash, look no further than this perfect tawny chihuahua! This little guy is a cuddler, so he’s never happier than when he’s being held or curled up next to his favorite human. He’s got pointy wiggly ears poised to never miss the crinkle of a treat bag, and just the right amount of puppy dog eyes to entice you to give him some. We’re not sure if he’s a swimmer, but we do know he’s a by the pool snuggler, so if you’re looking for a buddy to bask in the sun with, Splash is your guy! He’s cute, he’s chill, and he’s looking for a place to settle down for his golden years. Are you ready to make a Splash?

Splash is a nervous gent at first, but the moment he trusts you, he is the cuddliest thing in the world! He is happiest in someone’s lap and he loves to nap. He still has lots of energy once you get outside though, and enjoys meandering walks sniffing all around. Then if he’s walking somewhere familiar (e.g. the corridor back to my apartment), he can speed up into a full bounding run!
He is an absolute joy to have around and has some adorable quirks. Waking up from a nap he does a little ""doggy yoga"" routine, stretching all the way back and forward repeatedly on a mat. He’s also a bit vain… He’s thoroughly captivated by his own reflection in windows and mirrors, and will happily stop to admire himself mid-walk. It’s no surprise – who could fail to be entranced by such a beautiful face and those wonderfully expressive ears!
He’s very quiet (no barking at all) and has taken well to crate training (managing short solo periods). He’s the only pet with me at home, but when encountering dogs on walks he mainly just ignores them. He’s great with other people and is happy being picked up by anyone – and he’s very food-motivated, so will do almost anything for a treat.
