Sofa is ready to take a seat in your heart! This sweet senior girl is looking for her forever home, and she’s got plenty of love left to give. Sofa has some vision impairment, but she gets around just fine and doesn’t let it slow her down. She loves attention, gets along with other dogs, and would be perfectly happy spending her days being loved and spoiled. All she really needs is a soft place to land, a comfy spot to nap, and someone who will remind her every day that she’s home. Sofa is one of the sweetest little girls that I have fostered. Despite being blind, she has found/sniffed her way around the house and learned the layout in no time! I have dog beds in the rooms I am so that she can be close to me. She goes by herself from the living room to her food bowl in the dining room. Goes from the bedroom into the office. Sniffs all around the house.
I can’t emphasize enough how easy it is to love and care for her. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. I have yet to see her growl, bite, or even show teeth once. She’s an absolute cuddle bug with the purest little heart!!
The only thing that really gets her tail wagging is some grass. She loves to put that nose of hers to work, sniffing her way through any grassy outdoor space. Nothing would make her happier than having her own fenced in outdoor space to roam around!
She has the cutest little smirk on her face when you least expect it, what an easy pup to fall in love with! Sofa has been an absolute pleasure to foster. Her name fits her perfectly, she loves to lounge around all day!!
