OMG, this little wiggle butt is just about as happy as they come! Smiley is an adorable little white chihuahua that literally never stops smiling and wagging his tail! He is a super sweet guy who would be completely happy just having someone to call his own! He promises to take you on walks, sit next to you to watch all the scary movies so you’re not alone, and will even dine with you daily! Everyone needs a little smiley in their life! And a Chihuahua!
