Smiles is a sweet, lovable Doxie mix who doesn’t let anything bring him down!
This cutie has been through many changes lately…going from shelter to shelter until finally landing at Muttville. Despite all this, she is always wagging her tail and more than happy to meet new people. Smiles will greet you with a grin and wiggly tail whenever you enter the room and is sure to put a smile on your face. She is great with dogs of all sizes and the perfect size to take with you wherever you go. We know she’ll make a lovely companion!
Smiles is 12 years young and weighs 10 pounds.

Smiles is a sweet old girl! She has a very soulful face & just wants to be loved. She comes out of her shell a bit more each day & is showing herself to have a quiet but sweet way about her. She loves to snuggle & will burrow her head into your neck. Smiles has more energy than I would expect for a 13-year-old. She makes it up & down my tall flight of stairs & will do the cutest little hop when she is going over a threshold. She does fine with 15-minute walks but grows tired if more. Smiles is pretty mellow & nothing seems to bother her. I take her to work & she takes the many noises in stride. My neighbors are doing extensive work on their house & she hasn’t paid any of it any attention. We are working on her house-training. She had a few accidents when she wasn’t taken outside every two hours or so. Smiles has a good appetite & gobbles up her dinner heartily.
