This gorgeous girl is so chill and deserves all the cuddles!
She settled in pretty quickly, found a (big) place on the couch, and waited patiently for head and belly scratches.
She loves her walks! When she first arrived, she could only walk about 20 minutes, now she walks for about an hour. She was also very low energy, slept most of the day, and we had to coax her to eat. Now she follows us around the house, gets excited for her food, and gets up to greet us when we return home.
We still haven’t seen any reactivity to other dogs, but she pulled when she saw a squirrel. She might seem nervous or shy when she first meets someone, but in just a few weeks she will warm up. Especially if you give her lots of belly rubs!
She has been friendly and calm with everyone she meets. Does great in the car, manages two flights of stairs to our door easily, and will wait for us to let her out in the morning.
