We believe Skillet just needs some tender love and kindness to come out of his shell. Fill out an application today to meet Skillet and give him his new lease on life!

Skillet is approximately 13 years young and weighs 19 lbs.

Here’s what Skillet’s foster has to say about this sweet boy:

Skillet is very sweet! He’s so kind & loves sleeping all the time. He also appreciates time on my lap sleeping. He has a lower activity level. He walks around the house to explore but does so at a slow pace. He is great with the other dogs – he doesn’t even notice they’re there. Skillet hasn’t learned where the backdoor is yet, but usually starts pacing & I recognize it’s time for him to go out. He had one accident since getting here but I am starting to notice the signs of when he needs to go out & I’ll carry him to the backyard where he will go. He loves eating & exploring the house. Skillet will sleep anywhere. He’s so, so sweet & I hope he starts gaining a bit more energy to explore further & to have some fun.
