A bit shy at first, Sixpence is demure and polite, but she warms up quickly when offered a tasty treat. She’s looking for a forever home where he sweetness can blossom, and she’s a great listener – how could she not be with ears that big? Six Pence is a beautiful Yorkshire Terrier and I feel happy just looking at her. She does not have a specific potty schedule (she does not need to be walked exactly at 6am, noon and 6pm) because she will use a pee pad if she needs to. This might be a relief to people who don’t want to go outside in the dark at 6am to walk a dog. She walks about half a block and then will stand on her hind legs and beg to be picked up. She likes to ride more than walk. At first this behavior (of her stopping suddenly on the street then circling and jumping on your legs may seem that she needs to be trained on a leash, she just wants to be carried.
