German Shepherd/Husky Mix
Female
Medium (20-50 lbs)
Status: Available from another shelter

Sis: Sis (or Sissy) is a sweet and loyal 11-year-old, 50 lb German Shepherd/ Husky mix. She is very intelligent and loves to be petted and adored for the beautiful girl she is. She knows some basic commands such as “sit" and enjoys routine. She likes to play fetch but isn’t highly motivated by it. She likes to watch her playmate Isaac run for the ball and sometimes will run along for fun, but will come back and give you a look that says, “what is such the big deal with the ball?" She seems to know it makes you smile to play fetch so she will occasionally grab the ball and bring it back. She usually likes to watch the action and sit contently by your side.

Sis does well with both children and adults. Sis has been an outside dog since 2018 but was an inside dog before that and potty trained. She rides well in the car. She has no medical needs or allergies. She has been recently vaccinated and registered. Sis has had issues getting along with both small and large dogs in the past and would best fit into a family with no other pets. Her owner is aging and moving in November to be closer to family. She is unable to take Sis with her.

Please note that Sis is not spayed and current owner may be able to help.

She is currently living with Isaac but can be adopted separately.

This is a courtesy post. Sissy. is not a Muttville dog. If you are interested in adopting Sissy. and want to learn more about her, please contact Wendy Zepeda at 707-695-1048 or Wendykzepeda@yahoo.com.
