Shirley is such a peppy little senior lady.
On the drive home she wanted to be on my lap and whined because I would not let her (safety first). Once home we took a little walk around the outside of my condo unit where she was very interested in exploring. As soon as she got into the house she was busy just exploring everything. She completely ignored my birds and me as I took the trash out and got stuff out of my car. She even did
I tried taking her upstairs (I carried her) to see if she wanted to sleep with me in my room but I think that she wanted to go downstairs. She tried to go down the stairs and made it three steps before she asked for the human elevator. Once in her little doggy bed, she went straight to sleep and was fine through out the night. I checked on her a few times and all was well.
The entire time she has been with me she has ignored my birds. She does not like getting out of bed in the morning but once we got out on the side walk, she perked right up for our walk and I thought she would get tired but nope she just kept going. On the walks she is adorable, her ears go straight up and from behind she looks like a little fox.
I have been checking on her while at work on my pet cam and she has been chillin in her bed. She’s such great and well behaved little lady!
