Shayna

Have you ever met a mutt that gives of the air of a sweet grandmother, peeking at you over her bifocals, holding a plate of fresh baked oatmeal raisin cookies (so they’re at least a little bit healthy)? Well, Shayna is just such a mutt, she’s graciously decided to spend some time at Muttville with her fluffy white and cream hair, reminiscent of an on-point perm, and demure manners. Shayna is a gentle and polite little poodle mix who has been friendly with the other mutts and cuddly with the human volunteers, and we can just tell that she’s going to go flying out of Muttville soon. Who wouldn’t want a comforting, grandmotherly presence in their house? Also, we can’t say for sure, but she might even smell like fresh-baked cookies! If you think this little sweetheart could be the mutt for you, or if you have a rocking chair that looks cozy for an older gal to do her knitting, swing by and say hello to Shayna. She’ll at least have some hard candies for you in her giant purse!
