Ladies’ man Scooter started out a little shy but quickly warmed up and engaged in his canine Casanova routine! When the gals didn’t quite return his interest, Scooter was undeterred and switched to enthusiastically soliciting scratches and attention from the female humans, where this tiny Jack Russell terrier/chihuahua mix was a huge hit. His relentless positivity will easily win you over, along with his can-do attitude. When presented with a harness (a strange contraption he’d never seen before), he was momentarily stymied but decided that he could overcome some strange attire in the pursuit of snuggles.
