Meet Sandra, a Chihuahua-burrito hybrid created by science as an experiment in combining the two best things in the world. It worked! To make her even more incredibly cute, they added the perfect touch of shyness, a love for baby talk, and aerodynamic ear-wings that allow her to take flight when wind conditions are just right.

Impeccable manners, light blonde hair, and expressive eyes will have your heart melting the moment you meet Sandra. Sandra is accomplished at climbing pillow piles to create her rightful thrown or finding the perfect sunbeam for a morning snooze. Her top priority is following you from room to room like a shadow just to bask in your presence. Sandra is calm, quiet, and always happy for you to sit down and offer a lap for a nap.
Sandra is clearly experiencing the city for the first time. She’s curious and stops to stare as people walk by on the sidewalk. She’s a slow walker but enjoys going to the park and feeling the grass under her feet. The new sights and smells intrigue her and Sandra bravely, yet cautiously, approaches everything this new world has to offer.
Sandra continues to lose weight and walks about a half mile a day total by doing 2 short walks. She needs to be carried up and down stairs and up steep hills but she is getting more fit every day.
Sandra is working on potty training but she may have been accustom to having a private backyard or indoor grass patch without the distractions of the busy city in the past. She is quite smart and aims to please so she is sure to find her groove in her new forever home with some direction and peaceful, familiar space.
Currently Sandra is being fostered in a home with another dog. She coexists and pays no mind to other dogs on the sidewalk, but she is only interested in interacting with her human. Many people stop to say hello to Sandra (as they should, she is gorgeous) and she is always well mannered.
