Sam is a senior German Shepherd with a heart as big as his beautiful frame. He’s blind in one eye, but don’t let that fool you — this boy is incredibly smart, deeply intuitive, and relies on his person with a quiet, touching trust.
Sam is gentle on leash, affectionate, and loves both giving and receiving soft, steady love. He enjoys the company of other dogs and moves through the world with a calm, thoughtful presence.
What Sam needs most is someone who can help him feel secure. He bonds closely with his person and looks to them for comfort and reassurance. With patience and kindness, he will blossom into the loyal, devoted companion he’s meant to be.
If you have room in your heart for a sensitive, intelligent senior who just wants to feel safe, Sam Shepherd is waiting.
This is a courtesy post. Sam Shepherd is not a Muttville dog.
