Sadie, Sadie, pretty lady! This petite salt and pepper gal is lovely to look at with an equally lovely personality. Is she sweet? You bet! Quiet and calm? Yep! Sadie is also talented: she’ll give a "high-five when getting a treat. Another major talent: blanket burrower. She adores getting comfy cozy under some soft blankets. Smart girl!

Sadie is a very sweet girl who wants to be at your side all the time. She also likes to roam around the house and have a couple of naps during the day. Despite her age she is very active dog: she jumps to the couch, is good with stairs and likes to walk!
Something that distinguishes Sadie from other dogs I fostered before is that she has a very efficient process when making her bed and you will need to include a blanket: she scratches the bed, rubs her face against it, plays with the blanket (she might need some assistance to get the blanket on top of her) and Viola! She makes the perfect burrito. If you are looking for Sadie you will find her in her fluffy tortilla. She even likes to be wrapped in a blanket and be in your arms while working at the computer. Sadie is blanket obsessed!
Sadie is good with others dogs, it takes some time to warm up but eventually she adapts and love the company of other dogs.
She knows more than one command: sit, stay, Hi5, and looking forward to learning more. Also, she is so smart that she will let you know what are her needs like "need to potty, "I’m hungry , "pet me, "I need a hug and many other things she will tell you with her expressive eyes.
Sadie has a young soul. She walks good on a leash (slow pace but steady), loves to play with dog toys and she enjoys napping next to humans and other dogs. Sadie bonds quickly with people and will return all the love she is shown. She loves to sunbathe indoors and outdoors, listen to meditation music in the mornings – she will relax and sleep like a rock. Last but not least she is very food motivated. Her favorite time is treats-time! Sadie gets excited at breakfast and dinner time and even with her tiny body, she manages to eat all her food. She will Hi5 you for treats or food.
In conclusion, Sadie doesn’t need a week or a month to love new people. She will immediately give back the love she receives. She has such a beautiful soul!
