Rupert is a teeny, tiny, adorable, derpy chihuahua!
Rupert is such a cutie and will have you falling in love immediately! He has the cutest stick out tongue, and giant ears. Not to mention his grey face mask – so dapper! Rupert comes to us from Fresno where he was found as a stray. He has a very soft personality and is a shy boy. He has most likely been through a ton of change and it’s been pretty overwhelming for him. He is much more confident while being held and starts to relax quickly after being snuggled for a bit. He is very cute and very sweet. He will most likely do best in a mature quieter home environment. He will appreciate a new family that is patient and can give him the time he needs to come out of his shell and feel confident again. He is muttville perfect, and we all just adore him. He is so easy to love!
