Open mic nights at Muttville really took off when Rupert arrived. That smile! Those eyebrows! The goofy tummy rub roll! This rascally chi doesn’t even have to tell a joke to get belly laughs. And boy can he work a room! Loves a boop, scoop and snuggle from the humans; goes in for sniffs, licks and power wags with the other dogs. Much as he loves a crowd, Rupert thrives in a lap or a spot in the sun, enjoying the ease and TLC he so richly deserves. Bonus: He likes a long walk, probably to work out new material.
