Ropes is a pint‑sized party in motion, a spunky Chihuahua Beagle mix who seems genuinely delighted just to exist in the same room as you. He loves life in that big‑smile, wiggly‑body way, trotting around like every moment is a mini celebration and every new person is his next favorite friend, especially if they come with snacks. He absolutely loves a friendly party and will be in his element at any cheerful get‑together, happily working the room like the social butterfly he is. Ropes is very friendly with other dogs and has that classic confident, silly, slightly sassy charm that small dog lovers will adore, making him the perfect little buddy for anyone who appreciates a big personality in a compact package.

Ropes is a curious and energetic little guy. He’s able to jump up on the couch and likes to lay right up against me. He warms up to new people easily. He was polite and a little playful with other dogs in the neighborhood. He loves walks and walks quite briskly. He enjoys food and cheese.
He does not beg for food. I think he would be a great dog for all kinds of families – a single person, couple, family or active retired person. I can see him being a great travel and adventure buddy. He does fine in the car. He’s not had any accidents and does his business outdoors quickly. He’s small and can be picked up easily but I don’t get the sense he would love being carried for long periods- he’s got too much spirit and wants to explore. He’s truly a perfect mutt! Friendly, outgoing, and then quiet and snuggly at home.
