Rollerskate is a lovable bulldog with a heart as big as her playful spirit! Despite her janky eye, which adds a unique charm to her adorable face, she’s an absolute sweetheart. She exudes a calm and chill vibe that makes her an instant favorite among both people and other furry friends. Looking for a furry companion filled with love and sweetness? Adopt Rollerskate, and experience the joy of having a loyal and affectionate bulldog.

Here’s some notes from her foster:

Rollerskate, Rollerama, Rollermama, Sk8er girl….whatever you wanna call her, she’s an absolute dream!!

Things I’ve learned/observed about my Sk8er girl so far:

- She LOVES to be with her people. She is a total shadow following me around the apartment and her favorite spot is sitting as closely as possible to you on the couch so you can easily reach her for all the pets.

- Her #1 favorite thing is getting pets/snuggles, #2 is naps, #3 is snacks!

- She’s 8 years YOUNG! She jumped onto the couch within her first 10 mins here. She does well on walks, no pulling, moves at more of a saunter pace (with occasional bursts of speed!). She gets really excited to go outside and will definitely enjoy a few short walks each day.

- She can do a few stairs, up and down, but she’s really not built for stairs (short legs, deep chest!) so the less stairs in the home the better.

- I’d say she’s definitely house trained. No accidents inside, she goes pee promptly when she gets outside, and likes to do #2 on grass. Was fine overnight.

- Seeing how snuggly she likes to be, I let her sleep in the bed with me overnight. She loved it. And actually chose sleeping ON the pillows as her fave spot.

- A great eater – enthusiastic for meals and treats. She already did “sit”! Could be a great food motivated learner.

- So far hasn’t barked or cried once, not even in response to loud city noises (cars, sirens, etc) or to get attention.

- I live in a very dog-dense neighborhood and she’s been great passing dogs on sidewalks. She does want to say hello to them and has done well in a few trusted intros, no reactivity seen.

Whether someone already loves bulldogs or not, they’re gonna love this girl! She comes with all the best bulldog sound effects (snorts, grunts) and tries to get every single person we pass on walks to stop and pet her – which she deserves!
