I’ve had Roland for a week now. He is such a sweet and handsome guy. He’s quite spry, and can easily do stairs and get on/off furniture by himself. He can handle long walks in the park at a moderate pace. I’ve learned he loves toys and enjoys playing fetch. He is friendly when meeting dogs of different sizes & ages in the park.
Roland is potty trained to go outside, and I take him out at least 3x/day. He seems to do ok with being left home alone.
On his first night with me, he barked at my cat a few times; he seemed uncertain about her presence, I kept redirecting his attention when he’d focus too much on her, and I think he’s a fast learner because he has shown a lot of improvement since the first couple days!
