Meet Rocky Road, the hunky, chocolatey lab that is everyone’s favorite flavor. He is the perfect combination of handsome, gentle, and nutty. Mr. Road would love nothing more than to spend his retirement reading, napping, and eating peanut butter. And he’d love to share it all with you.
Here’s some notes from his foster:
“Rocky Road is a great big love bug. He welcomes all pets and scratches and will thump his hind leg in appreciation and ask for more. He is easy on the leash and likes a walk. Rocky responds to ‘sit’, ‘stay’, and ‘come’.
He’s an accomplished flycatcher. He can handle stairs, but would be better with a few less pounds. He doesn’t beg or counter surf, so a diet isn’t out of the question. However, make no mistake, he is a big dog. If you ever wondered who those extra-large dog beds were for at the pet store, it’s Rocky. Despite his size, if I could describe Rocky in one word, it would be easygoing. You just want to curl up with this gentle giant and take a nap."
