River is a beautiful Australian Shepherd mix who came to Muttville because her owner had to move to an assisted living facility. Despite the big change in her life she has adjusted quickly and is a very happy girl. River is on her way to getting her summer figure back and would love an adopter who could take her on walks and adventures. River does great with dogs of all sizes and has even lived with cats! This adorable girl needs a new happy ending and a place to call home.
River is 11 years young and weighs 75 pounds (she can stand to lose at least 20 pounds).
