Riggins is plump perfection! He has stolen everyone’s hearts with his goofy grin, adorable personality and his wiggle in his step. Riggins brings happiness wherever he goes! This silly guy gets along fabulously with other dogs of all sizes, loves meeting new people and even gets along well with cats! Its clear that food equaled love in his last home, so he’s ready to get slim and trim just in time for Spring.
