*She doesn’t bite her back leg when she’s with people, but if left alone for more than an hour, she may show signs of biting her back leg. However, once she adjusts to her environment and meets her forever family, it seems like this behavior will improve.
Meet Rico
Rico’s journey began in January 2021, when she gave birth to puppies under a wall before being rescued by Adogs. Now, she’s a sweet and gentle girl looking for a calm, loving home. Though she’s a bit shy at first, with some patience and treats, she warms up quickly and loves cuddles and head bumps.
She gets along well with other dogs and cats, and would thrive as a second dog in a peaceful home. Rico is potty trained, loves her outdoor walks (even if she’s a little slow to start), and is learning to relax in her foster home. She’s got some quirks, like occasionally biting her hind leg when left alone for too long, but with your love, she’s sure to continue improving.
Rico is a calm, affectionate companion who just needs a bit of time to adjust—could she be your perfect match?
