Meet Rascal! This affectionate guy has quickly become a staff and volunteer favorite here at Muttville. He has a charming personality and adorable looks to match, and even knows a few cool tricks! Rascal still has lots of pep in his step and would love an active adopter who can take him on adventures. Rascal could use some more training, and should go home with a dog-savvy adopter! We believe he is a Springer Spaniel/Schnauzer Mix.
Rascal is about 7 years young and weighs 18 pounds.
