Playwright is a simply stunning Westie mix whose motto is will work for treats – if you keep the noms coming, this handsome boy will shower you with creative genius. Playwright writes what he knows, so get ready for lots of plays about chasing squirrels and pining for treats, but we think they’re quite entertaining. He’s looking for a few actors to fill his cast, so that he can write even more plays about the perfect forever family. He’s a student of life, so to really immerse himself in the method, he needs to find a forever family of his own. He’s been rehearsing his whole life for the role of ideal canine companion, and we think he’s going to nail it. Will you give him a shot?
Here’s some notes from his foster :
I don’t know about writing plays, but Playwright is definitely a mutt brimming with intelligence and curiosity. Perhaps he’s the next Canine-Stein? He doesn’t waste time on random action – he always moves with purpose, even if the purpose is getting to his dog bed for some quiet time.
In addition to his somewhat scruffy appearance, he has other attributes of a kindly professor: thoughtful expression, quiet and reserved, super enthusiastic about mundane things. While getting him ready to go outside you could get whiplash trying to track his tail wags.
PW loves his walks and is very easy on the leash. He’s always pausing to check out the other mutts, humans, creatures of all kinds. Often his ears are laid back, but quickly swivel forward when something catches his interest.
Speaking of curiosity, you also need to watch that. Walking down the street we passed a tradesman’s van with the side door open – Playwright was fixing to jump in.
At home he’s chill and always welcomes pets, scratches behind the ears and belly rubs. Smart guy.
