Please meet Piccolo, a sweet, shy guy who can’t wait to meet his new family so he can cuddle up in a pair (or more) of loving arms and know he’s finally at home forever. Some of Piccolo’s feathers may be plucked, but that just makes him even cuter. Think of all the amazing sweaters you can dress him in this winter!
