Phoebe is as sweet as can be! She gets along great with people and with dogs of all sizes. This little ray of sunshine makes friends wherever she goes. Hard to believe, but this precious girl was found as a stray in Central California with no home to call her own. But not to worry, with her adorable face and great personality, we know she’s going to be adopted in a heartbeat!
We think Phoebe is 10 years young, weighing about 6 lbs.
