Perfect Phil is a Bichon Frise who doesn’t require a ton of attention and fancy things. He is very easy to please and enjoys meeting new people and dogs. Phil was not in the best shape when he arrived at Muttville, but after a date with the glam squad he is glowing bright like the diamond he was born to be. Phil is very easy to handle and doesn’t mind being dressed in silly outfits. He just wants to have fun, make you smile, and go on a few short leisurely walks with you in the sunshine.

Phil is truly the perfect dog! He is house trained, leash trained, and able to sleep through the night! When he’s not cuddling with his foster parents or chowing down on food, he loves to go on walks and hikes! He recently hiked about 2 miles of the Sweeney Ridge Trail, which is basically straight incline one-way, without ANY help! Phil would be the perfect partner for someone who works from home and loves to go on shorter hikes and frequent walks.
