Lap-happy Petree is a lanky drink of water who can’t wait to cuddle up with you for some gentle snuggles and deep conversation. This spry senior is curious, super friendly, and so nice with other dogs. His favorite show is 90 Day Fiance, but he can be flexible. He’ll also watch Before the 90 Days, 90 Day Diaries, and even Mail Order Marriage.

We found out he loves car rides and loves to watch out the window while his tail wags at rapid speed. He loves animals so much, the notes on his profile could not be more accurate about that. Even my Labrador who sometimes has bad social awareness is his best friend. He also is great with my two young outgoing in your face cats.
He started to open up to me the second we walked into the house almost as if he just needed to be in a home and he was good to go. He loves the backyard, I ended up sitting with him on the lounge sofa outside for 45 minutes because he just wanted to trot around and smell and then come snuggle up next to me on the couch watching around.
He completely lets me handle him and pick him up and no longer is super squirmy and anxious to get down. He will actually relax in my arms while I carry him from the car to the house, from the bedroom to the living room, etc.
He is a really good boy, I truly cannot say one negative thing about him. Out of 200+ fosters he is probably top 3-4 easiest and settles in new environments very well. Every day he gets more and more settled and even more affectionate. Anytime I walk in the room after leaving him even if just 2 minutes I am greeted with rapid tail wags and demands for belly rubs and head rubs (his favorite). He will force his head into my hand demanding pets when he feels as though he hasn’t received enough.
