You are very likely to encounter Percy, a youthful terrier-spaniel mix in luscious black fur, on his back with his paws up, batting his eyelashes and hoping for a tum rub. And believe us, you will give him a tum rub. This little guy is a love magnet with charisma to spare, along with lots of pep and no shame when it comes to courting pets, scritches and snoogs. He’s also a fan of dogs. (His opinion of cats remains a mystery.) Adopt him for sporty romps, outings, and adventures punctuated by love fests and general goofiness.

Percy has definitely settled in quite well and quickly! We have gotten into a great routine of walks and goes potty outside which is great :) He is sooo loving and cuddly and basically wants attention all the time ahah! But also seems to be okay doing his own thing as long as there is someone in his vicinity. I think he would do best in a home with at least one person who is home.
He has been fine on walks for the most part, he does react sometimes to dogs (i’ve noticed especially with bigger dogs), but i think this is a common trait for most small dogs . He has SO much energy so would definitely enjoy longer walks, parks, play time outside, etc!! He also seemed fine going down stairs.
