What is black and white and cute all over? Penguin the adorable senior mutt! Penguin has flippy ears and an endearing waddle, and although she is a little shy, she has a huge heart and loves to tap dance. She is excited to retire and can’t wait to spend her time napping in sunbeams and politely asking for head scritches.
