Be ready to bust out those tissues, because Penelope has quite the sad story. Once in a loving home, her guardian had unfortunately passed away. Poor Penelope was left without anyone else being able to take her in and had to be taken to her local shelter. Luckily, Penelope then made her way to Muttville where she’s now getting all the love her little heart can handle! She’s as sweet as can be and brightens up every room she enters. This special deserves to spend her golden years in a warm and loving home that will spoil her rotten!
