Master of Muttville, Commander of all the dogs. Sargent Pebble has officially reported for duty. His job description reads: constant tail wags, must always look cute and friendly, and must follow his hoomans around and make sure they remain happy. His special talents include: having the fluffiest salt and pepper blowout ever seen on a poodle and the ability to make most people fall in love with him. Pebble checks off all the boxes and exceeds all expectations of a perfect pup!
Here’s what his foster has to say about him:
“Pebble is the most charming, agreeable, active little senior you’ll ever meet. I just took him to the beach and while it appears he had never been there before, he figured it out pretty quickly – and figured out that he’d better keep an eye on me! (His recall is maybe 20% but i have a feelng he’d learn.) He’s great with all people and with dogs he passes on the street he’s indifferent – exactly what you want! When I gave him a bath, he was so stoic – just kept completely still in the sink until i was finished with the torture.
He appears to be housetrained, sleeps through the night, walks so-so on a leash (he’s caroms a little bit from tree to tree), and just loves to be with you. He’ll give you space, too, though. if you want it. His only weak spot that I observed was having to share affection with my dog. He’ll tolerate it, but he won’t be happy about it. He is very active – and while I don’t think he could go jogging with you, he is delighted to go on long walks.
I only had him a couple of days but I fell in love immediately!"
