Peanuts is a peanut who likes a moment to come out of her shell. Most things about her are tiny, except her mighty ears, so the world can feel extra-large and a little noisy. Give her some space, offer some introductory scritches, and you will soon find her in your lap, measuring for furniture. A youthful senior, she likes a walk and holds her own with other dogs. Stairs are off the menu; leisurely interludes sharing sunbeams and a good book are on. In fact, she advocates all forms of couch-based self-care, which she promises to enhance with cuddles and active listening. Deal?

Here’s some notes from her foster:

So far, Peanuts is settling in nicely, and is a great work from home companion, snoozing in her bed or sitting on my lap while I’m answering emails. She can be a bit shy around new people, but she seems to warm up quickly and is always interested in whatever you’re doing, especially if food is involved. She is happy to meet other dogs while we’re on a walk or at HQ. She enjoys periodic short walks and also does well in a sling carrier for longer walks. She likes to cuddle and will paw at you for pets. She’s fairly potty trained and is pee pad trained. She’s such a sweet and good girl.
