#5282
Papillon Mix
Male
Small (6-20 lbs)
Status: Adopted for hospice care

Pappy the Papillon is an amazing guy and such a trooper!

After being found as a stray, wandering around a car dealership in Sacramento, he went to the county shelter where he received much needed medical care. His teeth and mouth were in such bad shape that part of his jaw was missing, but he’s all smiles (and a lot of tongue) now and we’re so excited that he’s joined the Muttville family!

His previous foster family reported that Pappy did great with other dogs and cats in the home. He also won the hearts of the staff at the shelter where he came from. They describe him as an extremely friendly and easy-going dog with excellent cuddle skills … and we have to agree!

Due to Pappy’s advanced age, arthritis, and a probable bladder tumor, he is available for adoption through Muttville’s hospice care program.

Pappy weighs around 7 1/2 pounds, and we estimate that he’s about 15 years young.
