So far, Palomino is the easiest dog to care for! He seems to be house trained (no accidents so far), and is happy with just a few short walks per day (I think he might like longer walks once he is over the kennel cough, but for now 10-15 minutes a few times per day is great).
He was perfect left loose in the house while I was at work for 5 hours (kept an eye on him with a camera and he slept on the couch the whole time). He seems to have moderate energy levels, happy to get up and walk but also loves a movie marathon and cuddling on the couch. He is a sensitive guy and still a bit nervous with new situations, but he looks to his person for reassurance, and his personality is coming out more all the time.
He loves to follow me around the house and wags his tail whenever I look at him. He is a bit picky with his food choices, but we settled on Turkey dogs for taking meds, and that works great. He loves snuggling and just being near his person, and definitely wants to sleep in the bed with you, so would love an adopter who is looking for adorable morning snuggles to start their day.
Overall he is super sweet and easy, so could adapt to lots of different families is my guess.
