Creamy chiweenie Orbiting came to Muttville to make friends – you’ll see this sweet senior guy approaching everyone he meets with a paw on your lap and those puppy dog eyes as he begs you for scritches. He has two modes – energetic and snuggly. When not trying to entice his human companions into cuddles, he can jump like a jackrabbit! You’d never know this mutt is a senior, and perhaps that’s how he got his name – with the hops he’s got, he might just end up Orbiting the moon! This retired gentleman promises all sorts of amusing antics if you take him home, as well as a never-ending supply of cuddles and kisses. All he asks in return are some treats and lots of love – seems like quite a deal!

Orbiting is so fun to share life and snuggle with. He is very enthusiastic to be with his human and is happy with and to be doted on by other humans as well. On walks he either stays by your side or sniffs around. He is great on car rides and will nap when I took him to my office. The cutest thing is when he is napping he will turn over onto his back and stretch out. He comes when called. He loves to sleep cuddled up to his human in bed
He can go up the dog ramp by my bed but was nervous to go down (I started working on going down with him). Same with the portable soft stairs that go up onto his lookout chair. To get back onto the floor he will jump rather than use the portable soft stairs. Oh, he dislikes peas but absolutely loves vanilla ice cream. When he is very happy his tail is like a helicopter or I guess you could say it has its orbit.
