Handsome, tan Pom-chi loaf Norman would like to let you know that he’s no psycho – he’s a cute and cuddly little mutt who is just looking for his forever home. Norman is a calm guy who goes with the flow, he’s been unfazed by the Halloween chaos here at Muttville and getting along very well with the other canine kiddos.
