Noir looks like a muppet!!! He is so scruffy and cute, he has the sweetest eyes under all that hair!
Noir comes to us from Solano County, where he was surrender by his guardian who could no longer care for him. Although he has been through a lot of changes lately, he has taken it all in stride. He is laid back and will happily greet you for pets! We are still getting to learn more about him as he settles in to Muttville! Fill out an application for this mop-head today!

Noir is a very polite little guy – he’s very sweet. His activity level is moderate – he’s very calm & does well on walks & stairs. Noir likes meeting other dogs, but doesn’t go crazy when he’s sees them. He’s happy to sniff & go on his way. He is great with cats & ignores them. Noir seems to be house trained. He enjoys wet food, likes squeaky toys, loves sleeping on sofas & on the bed. Noir also doesn’t seem to mind the loud city noises.
