His beautiful snowy coat shines almost as bright as his kind eyes. This boy is a gorgeous size at 40 pounds. He can’t wait to meet you and bring the warmest cuddles to comfort you inside and out!

Nicolas is a super friendly pup who loves people and other dogs. He’ll happily go up to anyone to say hi and sometimes even walk right into you on walks, which is part of his charm. He does have a bit of a staring habit, but he makes up for it with the cutest smile.
When picked up (has some difficulties going up and down the stairs), he might bark a little, but he calms down quickly. He’s also really easy when it comes to taking medication or wearing a cone. Nicolas enjoys short walks, chewing on bones, and being a great cuddle buddy. He knows how to sit but requires a bit of detailed instruction and hand gesturing (petting his butt and showing him treats).
His energy level varies day to day. At first, he paced a lot while adjusting to his new space, but now he’s settled into a routine and often naps in the reading room or kitchen. Be careful when you have the dishwasher open as he’s nosy and likes to check out whatever leftover you got on the dirty plates. He’s a little clumsy and would miss a curb step but he bounces right back. Nicolas is mostly potty trained. He usually goes in the morning on his walk and needs to pee about every 4–5 hours. He also likes to roll around in the grass but pay attention as he also likes to eat grass.
Overall, Nicolas is a happy, affectionate pup who gets along with everyone. He’s always ready for a walk (even if he takes it slow) and would make a sweet, loving companion for anyone looking to adopt.
