Darling dumpling! Nella Bella has eaten too many dumplings, too. Nella Bella is as plump as a pig and as sweet as a peach. This loving chunk of love needs to lose some weight- but other than that she is in good health and has incredibly positive spirits! Nella Bella is so loving and trusting-she bonds with her people immediately and tip taps around the house following them from room to room. Her extra weight makes it difficult for her to do much walking, but you can tell that once she loses more of the extra weight she’s going to be quite active! She is a perfect lady with other dogs-so gentle and patient. Nella Bella’s dad left the country and left her behind, but it’s clear she was spoiled when she was with him! She is not a barker and has wonderful house manners. Nella Bella Puddin Pie is estimated to be 11 years young and weighs 70 lbs.

It’s an honor to host Ms. P. Pie. It’s good for our health, too! Time with Nella provides all the wellness benefits of a weighted blanket, meditation app, and stress-relief retreat. She asks for very little-to be in the same room as her people whenever possible; a spot to take a nap; a boost to get onto the couch-and in return she is a devoted friend, courteous housemate, and a constant reminder to take a breath and focus on gratitude. She is also a sight to behold when presented with the opportunity to chase a laser pointer. It’s inspiring and heartwarming; another example of how this most precious girl really gives her all in life.
Though she takes a few anti-anxiety meds (and who could blame her, given her bumpy background), she is mellow and sweet (and forgiving of outbursts from grumpy chihuahua roommates or big hugs from children). We dole out her pills into a pill organizer at the beginning of the week and just dump them in her food; she eats them all up with no extra coaxing. She is also house trained. She doesn’t mind baths. She even sticks to her own space in bed! Anyone who adopts her will be immensely fortunate.
