How adorable is Nanette?! This lovable Shih Tzu is becoming a new volunteer favorite. We are still getting to know Nanette but so far she seems very trusting, mellow, and sweet. Nanette loves to sun-bathe, go on walks, and hang out with people. She loves attention but is also fairly independent and doesn’t mind doing her own thing. Nanette does great with other dogs of all sizes and is a very happy-go-lucky girl. She is the perfect size to take with you wherever you go and also seems to have hair, not fur, which makes her great for people with allergies. Nanette doesn’t do much barking so she’d be great living in an apartment setting.
Here’s what Nanette’s foster mom has to say about this special gal:
“Nanette is doing really well. She is such a loving dog and a perfect little apartment mate. She loves to lounge next to you when she can and is adorably playful. She is perfectly fine lounging in the apartment, but is wonderfully active on her walks. She has adjusted so well to her new foster life. "
Nanette is about 11 years young and weighs around 12 pounds.
