Moonpie’s like, On one hand I want a belly rub, but on the other hand, a nap sounds great. And then he’s all, OK I’m good to go for a hike in the city or a walk on the beach. And then he’s like, I know I have gray hair but I’m actually very agile for a senior dog. This guy is an all-around good guy who is easy breezy and will go along with your plans, no drama dude.
Moonpie is estimated to be 10 years young and weighs 16 lbs.

He’s very spry for a dog his age, he gets very excited for his walks and jumps around whenever we pick the leash up. When we aren’t walking, he is very easy going and relaxed, he loves to sit on the couch with us. His big thing is getting under blankets, he really loves it and he is very adept at using his head like a little shovel to flip up the edge of a blanket so he can worm his way under there.
So far we haven’t had any issues with him at all, he’s pretty well housetrained ed and knows the words “outside” and “walk”. He’s good about letting you know when he needs to use the yard. We have another 10 year old male dog and they get along just fine, no problems socializing. Such a sweet boy!
