Molly is a sweet, silver-muzzled lady with a gentle soul and a playful spark. She’s 9 years young and 63 pounds, a boxer/pittie mix who’s calm and thoughtful. She can be cautious at first, but once she warms up, she shines. Volunteers note she enjoys doing her own thing, trots nicely on leash, and takes treats very politely. She already knows sit and paw, and loves squeaky toys. She’ll even play a mellow game of fetch with an impressive catch-and-drop.
On a recent field trip to Jack London Square, Molly showed just how easygoing she can be, walking very nicely at a relaxed pace. She had no reaction to passing people, dogs, or small animals, and took everything in stride. She was a bit restless in the car, but settled in and slept on the ride back.
Around other dogs, Molly stays relaxed and prefers polite, low-key interactions. She’d do great as a solo dog or with a well-matched canine friend who respects her space.
If you’re looking for a calm, sweet companion who appreciates kindness and a cozy routine, Molly might just be your match.
