Meet miss Meena!
Meena is a sweet chunk of love! She is quite shy to start but warms up slowly. Much like an old car, once warmed up, she’s ready to go! Though shy, she shows no signs of aggression and just lays flat if she feels nervous.
HERE’S WHAT HER FOSTER HAS TO SAY!
In the past week that I have had her, she has come out of her shell nicely. She loves chicken and does the sweetest dance for her dinner! She takes treats very sweetly and is very calm. She has become quite the cuddle bug will gladly join you for an afternoon nap on the couch. She sleeps quietly in my bed with me at night and has attached to me nicely.
She is mostly quiet but occasionally barks at the neighbor kids who scream when playing basketball (can you blame her!?). She comes when called and listens well. She loves to explore in the backyard and smell all the great smells. She was pretty nervous on her walks in the beginning but has gotten used to them and is doing much better.
She has good energy and gets up and down the stairs easily and she’s fully house trained! She gets along with other dogs but she would probably do best in a home that is on the quiet side as she is still a bit nervous. This will most likely get better over time as she has already shown some spunk after just one week’s time!
All in all she is a very sweet sack of potatoes!
Meena is estimated to be 10 years young and weighs 13 lbs.
