Mary Beth is one sweet Peke with a friendly greeting for everyone she meets. Her coat has seen better days, but that doesn’t stop her inner beauty from shining through that sweet face. With some TLC and a healthy diet, her outside will surely match her lovely personality. Mary Beth still has some pep in her step and would love to join you for jaunts around the neighborhood before cuddling up on the couch.

Mary Beth is a fluff bucket and only getting fluffier! She came to us with a matted coat and skin exposed where the coat wasn’t full. Her coat and skin have responded well to a little love, every other day baths and a good diet.
Mary Beth’s personality is relaxed but she likes to have her walks. 10-30 minutes walks are her speed and she trots with ease. She takes her meds like a champ and eats well.
She sleeps most of day and throughout night (old man snores at times!) and has very little separation issues. The few times she has wanted attention at night in her blocked off room a simple pat and a “go back to bed” has worked.
Mary Beth seems to have had some training in the past and generally responds to simple commands. She hasn’t had any accidents so far and is great around kids! She is curious around other dogs and has gotten along well with them.
