Martini and Twist go together like, well, a martini and a twist of lemon: total perfection of course!
Here’s what their foster has to say:
Martini is like a shadow following me about, and she loves attention. She is well trained including potty trained. She and Twist lick each other when they are anxious. However my sense is that after a few days they would settle down and get used to a good routine.
Twist is more aloof but still cuddly. She still needs a bit of work with her potty training but having access to a secure yard or several walks a day is helping her to get on track.
They would be best with someone who works from home and can be their companion and pack leader. They would be fine in a house with older children, because they love other people and dogs and are very social.
Martini and Twist sleep well through the night in dog beds next to my bed, sometimes sharing a bed and sometimes in their own separate spaces. There really closely bonded and cuddle together and do everything together, it’s adorable!
