Are you wanting a little sidekick to be with you wherever you go? Look no further than Marco! Once a stray with no home to call his own, he’s ready to find his perfect match! Marco may seem a little shy when you first meet him, but that’s just because he’s been through a lot of transitions lately. Once he’s comfortable, Marco will never leave your side! He does well with other dogs, but much rather prefers hanging out with his human friends, warming up their laps and giving doggie kisses.
Here’s what Marco’s foster has to say about this special boy:
“He loves to be next to you but also fine hanging out in his bed on his own. He gets along perfectly fine with other dogs but doesn’t seem interested in them so he would be fine either way. He is probably best in an adult only home since children tend to startle him by picking him too quickly or rough. He does LOVE to sleep in bed with you! He may take a while to warm up but once he does he will follow you around. He walks just fine and can even do stairs. I have taken him on long walks and is 100% fine and walks at a normal pace. He loves to explore in the yard. Currently is in a home with 4 other dogs and all is fine. He has passed cats on walks and ignored them. This little guy is still coming around and his personality is coming through a little more every day. I think he would benefit greatly by some one on one time.”
We think Marco is between 9-11 years young, weighing about 10 lbs.
