Sweet senior Marbles is a lab beagle mix (do you call it a leagle? Labradeagle? Certainly not a bab!) who is looking for love with a fluffy, constantly wagging tail, beautiful blond fur, and a snout dusted with just enough white to verify his senior status. He’s an intrepid explorer who hopes to go on lots of long outdoor adventures, so if you’re looking for a hiking buddy, he’s your perfect pup! We think he might lose his Marbles without burning off some energy, so he’s ready to be the amazing accountability buddy you’ve been looking for. This marvelous mutt has been radiating energy since he set foot in Muttville, and he’s looking to channel it all into finding a forever family – could it be you?

When Marbles first came to me he was as sweet as can be, like most fosters in the beginning, he was a little stressed and aloof. Within a few days he had his happy smile and was definitely warming up to me, which was so lovely to watch unfold before my eyes.
After settling in I learned that Marbles is very sweet and gentle. He’s got the energy for long walks, but is still getting in tip top shape for it. He’s a good leash walker with some stops to sniff and checks in frequently – possibly for a treat, but will settle for a head rub. He loves to please and is treat motivated, and takes them very gently. He is potty trained and can handle stairs just fine. I can leave him home alone with no issues. He is all around very good boy!
